STEP 1:  Sign-In or Create a New Account

Creating an account will allow you to add items to the cart. To do this, click the Create Account link found on the left menu. Follow the instructions to enter your e-mail and password, then your address information and payment method.

Each time you return to Icing Images to order products, just Sign-In using your e-mail address and password before adding items to the cart. If you need to change any account information, such as your address or credit card, just click the Edit Account link (you must be signed in to see this link).

Remember to Sign-Out before leaving the site. Your information is confidential and will only be used by Icing Images to process your order.

STEP 2:  Select Products for Purchase

As you browse around the product pages, you will see buttons (you must be signed in). Simply click this button for each item you would like to purchase.

An   image will appear next to each item in your cart for confirmation.

For supplies, remember to enter the quantity, or in certain cases indicate the icing sheet sizes you want (via dropdown boxes) BEFORE clicking the Add to Cart button. Quantites can also be adjusted on the Cart/Check Out page if you forget.

The product pages are found by clicking on the Systems, Edible Inks, Icing Sheets, and Supply Kits buttons found on the left menu.

STEP 3:  Review Selections in Cart

By clicking on the Cart / Check Out link, you will see a summary of your selected items. You can change the quantities, remove items, add notes or specific instructions to Icing Images, select your payment method, and select your shipping method (except for international orders).

If at this point you are not ready to submit your order, you may return to view other products or select any link from the left menu. All items that are added to your cart will remain in your cart until you either delete the items or submit the order.

STEP 4:  Submit Your Order

To complete your order on the Cart / Check Out page, re-type your password, and click the Submit Your Order button. You will then see a confirmation message that your order has been submitted. This is actually the Order History page, and it can be used to view the status of the current order, or view past orders.

At this point, your order is pending, and you may edit the order if you need to make changes. If you edit the order, it will be placed back into the Cart / Check Out page, as if it had not yet been submitted. Make your changes, then re-submit your order.

You may also delete the order if you change your mind, or wish to order at another time. Your order will be processed within hours, at which time you will not be able to edit or cancel the order. If you need to edit or cancel your order once it has been processed, you should call Icing Images immediately.
