Why Buy From Icing Images?

• Buying a printer elsewhere and adding edible ink yourself is not the same as purchasing a printer prepared specifically for edible printing.
• Every Platinum Wide Format Printer is configured by Icing Images before it ships. This helps support better print quality, reliable performance, and a food-safe edible printing workflow.

Your printer is backed by:

• One-year Icing Images warranty covering edible printing use
• 30-day printhead warranty
• Free lifetime technical support for Icing Images products
• Support from our award-winning edible printing team

The printer manufacturer and most other retailers do not provide edible printing preparation, edible-use warranty coverage, or lifetime edible printing support.

Important Information

• Icing Images is a PC-based company. The printer is Mac-compatible, but our technical support for Mac computers is limited.
• Use Icing Images edible inks and edible papers for best results.
• Mixing edible ink brands is not recommended and is not covered under warranty.
• Ink levels must be monitored visually because the cartridges use non-indicating chips.
• Use the printer at least once every 7 to 10 days for best performance.
• Never install non-edible ink in the printer. Doing so voids the warranty.
• Printer models, colors, accessories, and packaging may vary based on availability.
