I wanted to become a PROFESSIONAL Cake decorator/designer! That is when I began to research for answers to my HUGE question; 'Where can I gain this title as quickly and affordable as possible?' After weeks of searching, I found it, I found the school where I wish to attend.

Saved my nickels and dimes for 3 years, and was finally able to travel and study abroad to Ontario, Toronto, Canada to be a part of the "Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts" (Closed March 2017), graduated with Honors in 2014, receiving my "Professional" title.

I am now a Professional Cake Designer, and that is when Pepsy Cakes became "Pepsy Cake Designs".

Hi there hunny! My name is Linda and I live in sunny San Diego county. I'm the owner and full operator of Little Hunnys Cakery. I am also a wife and a mother of three. I am completely self taught and started cake decorating in 2009. In 2011 I turned my love of cake decorating into a business and have been making custom cakes for clients for 8 years now.

Kristi started off her baking and pastry career at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Since graduating at the end of 2013 with degrees in Art, Science, and Baking and Pastry Arts, Kristi's work has been featured in publications such as American Cake Decorating Magazine, Cake Central Magazine, and Cake Masters Magazine, as well as earning her a spot on Food Network's Cake Wars in 2016.

Based in the Chicagoland area, Kristi currently owns and operates Cakes By Kristi, an online shop that specializes in fondant cake and cupcake toppers. When she isn't caking or competing, Kristi can be found in the company of her dogs, Dave and Pepper.

Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Maurice Shelton, who would later become commonly know as "Chef Blāque", always had a passion for food and an eye for creativity. Hailing from a diverse background in retail, management and programming, Maurice began exploring his culinary passion in 2006, when he enrolled in Chicago's Le Cordon Bleu School for Baking & Patisserie, building on the influences of his mom and grandmother.

In 2007, he decided to take his passion to the next level and started his bakery, Black Rose Pastries! A skilled baker and sugar artist, Chef Blāque, has traveled the world teaching and training, showcasing his award winning signature style - in over 42 states and 4 countries - blending realism and modern techniques to create show stopping masterpieces.

Since, Chef Blāque, has been features in several publications and media outlets including The Northwest Indiana Times, The Miami New Times, Something Sweet (UK Based Magazine), Modern Luxury Chicago, and WCIU The Jam just to name a few. To say "Everyday is Halloween" is a way of life for myself and so many others. Between my family life, social life (the tiny one i hold on to), & my business Black Magic Cakery I almost throw up pumpkin seeds ALL YEAR ROUND!

Halloween has always been such a wonderful holiday/experience for me ever since i was a pumpkin seedling. I remember watching my grandma and her sisters go all out with our house decorated so terrifying that even the adults in the neighborhood didn't want to get candy from us! (sissies i say! lol) But i turned all that halloween spirit in to a lifestyle for myself; I joined the Pumpkin Kult at the ripe age of 12 and never turned back!

Loving horror movies, my music taste, fashion/makeup, & (now as an adult) my home decor! So what i'm saying is.....If you love Halloween,horror movies, desert, crafts, & just a spooky good time THEN you're definitely in the RIGHT HAUNTED HOUSE!

Born and raised in North Carolina, Ernest B. Strickland, now 23, stumbled upon his career by chance. Initially learning the basics of baking and decorating cakes when he worked at a grocery store bakery, he furthered his knowledge and skills on his own to become a self-taught cake artist. At the young age of 21, he and his partner left their corporate jobs to open Sugar Art Custom Cakes and Sweets, in Lumberton, North Carolina.

Ernest's aim is to always give clients something different. He specializes in custom cakes, cupcakes, candy apples, and various other treats, as well as dessert tables. But it's his custom cakes and cupcakes that have been getting so much attention with their creativity and colorful designs.
