• Icing Images is a PC-based company. The printer is Mac-compatible, but our technical support for Mac computers is limited.

Mini Blue Food Printer

Mini Blue is the newest addition to the Icing Images Blue Food Printer family. Designed for bakeries, cottage bakers, and decorators with limited workspace, it delivers the full benefits of a quarter-sheet print bed while taking up surprisingly little counter space. Its footprint is approximately the size of two large pizza boxes placed side by side, making it easy to visualize how comfortably it fits on a standard countertop. Designed to sit flush against the wall, it leaves approximately 9-14" of usable counter space in front of the printer for loading products and decorating.

The Mini Blue prints directly on food products up to 2.3" in height, including cookies, quarter-sheet cakes, cupcakes, brownies, macarons, marshmallows, fondant, chocolate-covered treats, tortillas, crackers, and edible paper. With a 15.75" x 9.25" print bed, it can print larger food items, multiple smaller products, or an entire quarter-sheet cake in a single pass.
